What Can You Expect for the 2014 Real estate Market?

Welcome back and happy holidays! The new year is just days away and I wanted to take a look at what happened in 2013. We had a fantastic year. There were great opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

As we move in to 2014, we are seeing continued tight inventories. A lot of people want to know how the market will be, should they sell, etc. I love selling homes, but it's my belief that if you wait to sell your property for 36-48 months it will benefit you tremendously.
