Cayucos Real Estate Update for Spring 2014
I just wanted to give you all a brief update on what is happening here in beautiful Cayucos.- We are seeing some additions to our inventory.
- Buyer activity has slowed down slightly, but after tax season we expect to see lots of activity.
- This makes me believe that now is the perfect time to start looking for a home because there will be less competition now than when we get to June or July.
- During my 31 years as a real estate agent, I've noticed that the biggest time for real estate along the Central Coast is between July 1st and Thanksgiving.
- If you're thinking of selling, now would be a great time to start preparing your home for a sale when the market picks up in a month or two.
