What Can You Expect for the 2014 Real estate Market?

Welcome back and happy holidays! The new year is just days away and I wanted to take a look at what happened in 2013. We had a fantastic year. There were great opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

As we move in to 2014, we are seeing continued tight inventories. A lot of people want to know how the market will be, should they sell, etc. I love selling homes, but it's my belief that if you wait to sell your property for 36-48 months it will benefit you tremendously. What Can Cayucos Expect in the Future?

Thank you for joining me today. We've had a great year in real estate. So good in fact, that national economists question whether the market may have got ahead of itself.

Well that might be true in some areas of the country, our beautiful Cayucos is seeing just the beginning of its potential.

There area 19 homes for sale right now; last year there was 35 and the year before that there was 45. There is low inventory and a high demand for our unique beach town. There's no other community on the coast of California that offers a lifestyle like ours.
