What I'm talking about is the Cayucos Sea Glass Festival, which will be held on March 8 and March 9. There will be live music, food, beverages, and plenty of good times. The Cayucos Chamber of Commerce will be hosting this event where artists and craftspeople will be welcomed and will also be selling their glass and jewelry.

Happy New Year and welcome to my first video blog of 2014 where I'm going to be sharing an exciting market forecast for you.

What I would like to say first is that we're confident that we're heading towards a strong market, as real estate cycles usually move up and down in 8-year cycles. We're still recovering, but we will be on our way to a strong market soon.

A good sign that I'm currently seeing is the large amount of pressure on our existing inventory: Properties are receiving multiple offers and selling the first day on the market.

If you're selling: Now would be an excellent time. With such a short amount of inventory you could maximize value and get a great price for your property.
If you're buying: This is not the easiest market to buy in, but give us a call and we'd be glad to help you find a home at an affordable rate and price.
